Do you meet the eligibility criteria in AR 601-280, Paragraph 3-8?

| Are you between the ages 18 and 60? | ||
| Are you a Citizen of the United States, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, America Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Republic of the Marshall Islands, or Republic of Palau? If not, are you a lawfully admitted permanent resident Alien in possession of a valid I551 card? | ||
| Do you have a physical profile (PULHES) containing only 1s and/or 2s? If you have any 3s or 4s, do you have a medical board letter finding you physically qualified? | ||
| Have you passed your most recent Army Physical Fitness Test, and is it less than 9 months old? | ||
| Have you passed your most recent height and weigh-in, or body fat percentage screening? |
