Prior Service Enlistment Bonus offers $7,500 (for a 3 year affiliation) and $15,000 (for a 6 year affiliation) with a selected active drilling unit or MOS. If you affiliate to change your MOS, the payment occurs after you become MOS qualified (MOSQ). Do you meet the following criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?

• Are you willing to affiliate for a minimum of 3 years?
• Is the MOS or unit you are affiliating listed on the Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) List?
• Do you have less than 16 years of total military service?
• If changing your MOS, do you agree to retrain within 24 months of entering the unit to become MOSQ?
• Are you honorably separating from the Active Army?
• Are you not affiliating for a MILTECH or AGR position?
• Are you not receiving an Affiliation Bonus?

Affiliation Bonus offers $10,000 (for a 3 year affiliation) and $20,000 (for a 6 year affiliation) with a selected active drilling unit or MOS. Do you meet the following criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?

• Are you willing to affiliate for a minimum of 3 years?
• Is the MOS or unit you are affiliating listed on the Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) list?
• Do you have less than 20 years of total military service?
• Are you willing to remain in your MOS? The bonus is not offered to Soldiers changing their primary MOS.
• Are you honorably separating from the Active Army?
• Are you not affiliating for a MILTECH, AGR, or IMA position?
• Are you not receiving a Prior Service Enlistment Bonus?

Student Loan Repayment Program provides up to $20,000 for affiliating with a selected active drilling unit or MOS, and to repay a designated portion a qualifying educational loan(s). Do you meet the criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?

• Are you willing to affiliate for a minimum of 3 years?
• Is the MOS or unit you are affiliating listed on the Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP) list?
• Are you willing to remain in your MOS? The program is not offered to Soldiers changing their primary MOS.
• Have you not previously received the Selected Reserve Student Loan Repayment Program?

Selected Reserve Montgomery GI Bill provides up to a $350 monthly stipend for affiliating with an active drilling unit, and to pursue a VA approved undergraduate, graduate degree, post-graduate, vocational, technical, or flight training course(s). Do you meet the criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?

• Are you willing to affiliate for a minimum of 6 years?
• Do you have a High School Diploma or equivalency?
• Have you completed Basic and Advanced Individual Training?
• Are you not affiliating for an AGR position?
• Are you not receiving financial assistance as an ROTC cadet?

 Montgomery GI Bill 2X4 provides full basic educational assistance for affiliating with an active drilling unit. Do you meet the criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?

• Are you willing to affiliate for a minimum of 4 years?
• Are you honorably separating from the Active Army?
• Are you completing an initial Active Army period of 24 months, or an early release (not more than 30 days prior to your ETS date?

Montgomery GI Bill Kicker provides up to an additional $350 monthly stipend for affiliating with a selected active drilling unit or MOS, and to pursue a VA approved undergraduate, graduate degree, post-graduate, vocational, technical, or flight training course(s). Do you meet the criterion in AR 601-280, paragraph 7-6?
