Information Portals

  • AHRS gives you access to review Enlisted Record Briefs (ERB).
  • ATIA allows you to access, review, and print MOS specific career maps; and obtain professional and accredited certifications.
  • ATRRS enables you to view the latest school and course information, including pre-requisites, location(s), and dates.
  • COOL gives you access to specific MOS related certifications and licenses.
  • DODI allows you to access DoD directives, instructions, publications, and administrative instructions. Information on the issuance process, links to Defense and other Agencies, and a research tool of current and cancelled issuances and forms is available. 
  • EPMD affords you access to promotion, evaluation, and branch information.
  • GoArmyEd enables you to access different educational programs.
  • IPERMS allows you to view Official Military Personnel Files (OMPF).
  • JTFR (Volume I, Appendix Q, Table 1) affords you access to the various OCONUS tour lengths.
  • MILPER Message Index affords you quick access to new procedural guidance and information provided the Army's Human Resources Command (HRC). HRC updates the index daily.
  • Military Pay gives you access the latest pay charts and information provided by DFAS.
  • NARA allows you to access military personnel discharge certificates (DD Form 214).
  • SMART Book (DA Pamphlet 611-21, Chapter 10) allows you to view the latest enlisted MOS qualifications and duties, and career progression charts.
  • USAPA allows you to access official publications and forms managed by the Army Publishing Directorate.
  • US Code Collection enables you to search and view the most recent laws. Allow Cornell University Law School manages the site, it is the most user-friendly and generates it information from the US House of Representatives server.
